对现在的我来说，就牵一个女生的手去走走街看看戏可说是个奢望了...
这很简单的东西我都做不到，我是不是很失败？

看着大家都在〖结缘〗，而我呢？
我是〖绝缘〗体！

这到底是老天的注定还是我自己的不争取？
如果命运真是那样，我也只好认命...

减肥计划开始了！
太久没去跑了，以前最少都可以连跑3-4圈不停...
今天傍晚去公园跑不到2圈就累死我了...
但这不会难倒我地～
跑一圈走半圈，最后我还是完成了任务！
每天这样跑，要瘦3-5KG不是问题。 ：）

现在连吃东西都要顾虑到卡路里高不高才决定吃什么..
美食的诱惑还真难顶，快餐我可以不吃，但是叫我吃肉骨茶不能不吃啊 >.<

人老了也没办法，要保持健康的身体就要运动咯！
要不然生病了没人照顾是很可怜几下的...

I've begin my first time popping class at Bdr.puteri puchong.
Every wednesday 9 o'clock with my friend "MAX".
I like my dance class and my teacher "BOBBY",OMG...he's greats! :)

Also Good to know someone that i care has came back and peace with another one. :)

And i had connected back my old friends !
i was glad that we can call each other for tea and chit-chat like previous time. :)
